About

Located in Peoria, AZ the Westbrook Village Computer Club (WVCC) is for both new and experienced technology users living in our community.  Our goal is to help our members get the most from their computers and their devices including PCs & laptops, Windows & Apple, iPads, tablets and smartphones. Our volunteers’ contributions of time, effort and skill make WVCC one of the finest computer clubs in the state.

The club’s active season runs from November through May annually, however, some programs meet during the summer, and the Lab is open to members throughout the year.

Join Us!  Club Membership is $20 annually per person.  All new and renewing members: complete a Membership Form and Waiver Release Form.  Download Membership Form   Make check payable to WVCC, and return forms with payment to the Lakes Rec Center Desk.  Or mail to WVCC, 19251 N Westbrook Parkway, Peoria AZ 85382.  Your ID badge can be picked up from the Lakes Recreation Center Desk in about a week.

Computer Talk is our monthly program with lectures on current technology topics by experts in a variety of areas.  A Q&A period following the presentations offers a shared experience in a social setting. Guests are welcome to attend Computer Talk to acquaint themselves with WVCC before joining.  More . . .

Workshops are also offered on a monthly basis, are free to members and feature current topics discussed in a smaller group setting, often with hands-on experience. More . . .

The Lab offers a variety of hardware and software and a secure wifi for members’ use.  Bring a device or laptop or use one of the Lab PCs with Microsoft Office.  Genealogy research can be done using Ancestry.com, World Edition.  The Lab is open when it is not being used for other club activities.  More . . . 

AZ Tax Aide is a local community program supported by WVCC.  Our facilities are used by volunteers of the AARP Foundation’s tax preparation service. This is a free, volunteer-run tax assistance and preparation service, geared toward taxpayers with low to moderate income, 60 years or older.
